Transparency: 

Our value chain is global, complex, and central to both our commercial success and our sustainability impact. It spans the full lifecycle of our products, from design and sourcing through to customer use and end-of-life. We design, produce, transport, market, and sell garments, footwear, and accessories that are ultimately worn by our customers and, at the end of their useful life, may be reused, recycled, or disposed of responsibly. 

Our products are manufactured through a network of third-party Suppliers who source raw materials in alignment with our Sustainability Strategy. This network includes Tier 1 production facilities, as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 specialist process, fabric, and trim manufacturers located across India, Sri Lanka, Turkey, China, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Production is overseen by our three Regional Sourcing Offices, responsible for managing Supplier relationships, monitoring standards, and ensuring agility in responding to both risks and opportunities across the supply chain.

Enrolled 6 facilities in China into our Respect & Dignity Programme

where a total of 2876 workers have attended gender equality training and where we have also been able to establish a network of family-friendly spaces.   

97.5%

of our Tier 1 factories were rated as meeting or exceeding our social and environmental compliance standards, representing a year-on-year improvement of 0.5%. 

This year we have mapped our

Tier 2 and Tier 3 facilities

creating a more complete picture of our supply chain which should support improved social and environmental performance.
