SuperGroup announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) that Peter Bamford, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Spire Healthcare Group plc ("Spire") with effect from the end of Spire's Annual General Meeting held on 26 May 2017.
