Directorate change

The board is today announcing that Minnow Powell and Euan Sutherland have been appointed non-executive Directors of the Company with effect from 1st December 2012. Steven Glew and Indira Thambiah, both current non-executive Directors, have decided to step down at the end of their three-year terms, in February 2013.

During his 25 years at Deloitte, Minnow concentrated on looking after Deloitte's major clients and was a member of the UK's Audit Practices Board for six years. Minnow is a non-executive Director of TUI Travel PLC where he chairs the Audit Committee. He will also become Chairman of the Audit Committee at SuperGroup.

Euan Sutherland is currently Group Chief Operating Officer and a director of Kingfisher plc where he has responsibility for direct sourcing, own brands, IT, Property and Human Resources as well as the Screwfix business and several Group-wide initiatives, including multi-channel. He was previously Chief Executive of AS Watson UK, owner of retailers Superdrug and Savers, and prior to this held senior positions with Matalan, Dixons, Coca-Cola and Mars. He is also a non-executive Director at the Co-op Food Board.

There is nothing further to disclose in relation to the appointment of Minnow Powell or Euan Sutherland under LR9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
