The Board is responsible for major policy and strategic decisions and for the Group's system of internal control and risk management. We have an experienced Board which works with the Executive Committee to ensure that information flows facilitate stakeholder focussed decision-making, and that our governance enables Superdry to achieve its strategic goals.
