Matt joined Superdry in November 2021, bringing with him over 20 years' experience in enabling transformation objectives through technology. He has held various leadership roles, including CTO at both Dixons Retail (now Currys plc), and Marks and Spencer plc. Prior to joining us, Matt led the technology agenda for the Marks and Spencer Clothing & Home, International and Digital divisions as CTO, reshaping the technology function, introducing new digital skills and capabilities. During this time, he drove loyalty and ecommerce platform transformation in addition to commercial and supply chain technology modernisation through data and automation.
